Some relocating clients of mine decided to write an offer on a house in Gilmer yesterday! It is going to be a cash deal so I’m pretty confident that it will be accepted though I haven’t heard the final word from the sellers yet. I worked on that all day off and on emailing documents back and forth and getting everything in order.

Lindsay texted me just before lunch and said that she was craving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and cranberry juice. I thought that was an unusual combination but I put it together and rushed up to Christian Heritage School to give it to her. We ate lunch together and then relaxed in her classroom for a while.

Around that time I got a call from a landlord wanting to know how to evict his tenants that were violating his lease. I did some research and spoke with my broker and told him that he needed to give notice to the tenants about what terms of the lease they are violating and give them a chance to correct the issues. After that I told him he should go to the justice of the peace in his district and they could help him file an eviction. I enjoyed being able to help this man solve his problem even though I didn’t get a dime out of it.

I got some more recommendations from agents in my office on where to go get the bump on my arm cut out. I called another doctor and left a message. This morning I’m starting off responding to several emails I got last night.
