Today I’m cruising on my motorcycle(if the weather doesn’t look too bad) up to the house that I put the cash offer on in Gilmer. The out of town buyers wanted to know the layout of the house so I’m going to do a rough sketch of it and walk through the house with my video camera. I’ll email them the video and they’ll be able to get a much better idea of what they’re buying.

Yesterday I called and emailed numerous prospects and got no response from anyone. I got a hold of the possible Lone Star house buyers and they are out of town but when they get back they said they would call me. Business seems to be pretty slow, I took a co-workers phone duty from 1-5pm and didn’t get a single property call.

I’m pressing on though. The situation will turn around I’m sure!
