Yesterday I decided to work from home(unless I needed to show a house of course). I got a couple of email leads that I worked on and called the Forrest Hill buyers to no avail. Good Shepherd hospital called and told me that it would cost around $5200 to have the bump on my arm cut out! I said no way and am currently looking for other options. Anyone know any surgeons that would be willing to make a ~2 inch incision in their office?

I got some yard work done in preparation for mowing this weekend. I’ve got about 3/4 acre at my house and there are gumballs everywhere that make mowing difficult. For a while I had Saul Valencia taking care of the yard. He did a great job but now I’m doing it myself to save money.

After my wife came home, we ate dinner and then she had to go back to school to present awards at an awards ceremony for the students.  Next Thursday is her last day of teaching! She won’t be going back next year since she’ll be having a baby in September. I’m glad that she wants to stay home and take care of the baby but it makes me nervous trying to make enough money in real estate for the both of us.

Maybe today I’ll get a new contract…
