This week has been busy. Yesterday my buyers accepted the latest offer so we are now under contract! I’ve had to run around a bunch to get all the papers signed and in order but all that is done for now. I’ll be letting the home inspector in on Thursday and after that it should be smooth sailing. I have two people that are looking for land so I’ve been researching what land is on the market for them. There are some good deals out there…like just over 20 acres in Pine Tree ISD for 2,690 per acre! My wife and I are heading to a Mannatech (more about Mannatech later) conference in Dallas this weekend and then to Illinois(near St. Louis) to visit my in-laws for a few days. It is nice having a career where you can take off whenever you want but it is also difficult as new prospects expect you to be available 24/7. I already have a showing on Saturday that I can’t make that one of my fellow agents will show for me. It makes everything a little more stressful when there is a time period that your not available.
