Every Tuesday I will be posting a new Real Estate tip. Feel free to comment on them! Todays tip: When buying a home, both the buyer’s and seller’s agents commission is usually paid for by the seller. Occasionally when the house is priced low enough, the buyer can offer to pay the buyer’s agent’s commission to help close the deal. Most of the time though, a buyer’s agent will not receive any money from the buyer. This means as a buyer you can use an agent to find your next home for free!
