I was at the office bright and early yesterday and it really paid off. Around 8:30 someone called wanting to see a property on Fourth street, I was the only agent in the office at the time so I got the call and went to show the house. The buyer liked the house but is in the early stages of getting financed so it might be a while, but they are going to use me as their REALTOR®!

After showing that house I was barely back at the office when an investor called wanting to view a foreclosure property to use as a rental. I went and showed that property and they seemed interested. They might want to submit a cash offer in a week or two.

I was able to get all the inspections on the Gilmer property scheduled. They should all be done by Friday afternoon and then it should be smooth sailing till closing on the following Friday(June 3rd). This will be the fastest closing I’ve ever had.

My parents and brother who have been overseas for two months just returned to Dallas yesterday and will be coming over to Longview this weekend to have a memorial day BBQ and spend time with us. It should be a great time!

Today we have an office meeting and a photo shoot for an ad. I’ve got my Forrest Hill road listing in the ad, hopefully someone will call me on it. Well I better get back to taking care of business!
